	My all time favourite characters have to be Harle (Chrono Cross) and Seifer (Final Fantasy VIII). She's a flamboyant clown with a thing for Serge, speaks with a french accent and well controls the the power of the moon. Ok if that isn't enough, her costume is magnificantly intricate and her character is very well thought out. She plays a large role in the story and her character development is probably as deep as Serge or Kid. Seifer is a Garden student with an attitude. He's not an introvert like Squall. He wears a white trenchcoat with his symbol the Cross Sword on it and light black armor under it, a costume way cooler than Squall's and much more practical. His skills with the Gunblade rivals Squall's even though he slices with it instead of slashing (slashing is a lot easier since gravity is in your favour). Most importantly though, he has a romantic dream (heh just had to squeeze that in). I mean what can be cooler than wanting to be a Knight in modern times? Protecting the fair maiden that you are entrusted to take care of. - 07/06/2002
