Ha, they really did bring back Charmed, Boston Public and The Practice. The new season of Charmed looks promising. Prue died, probably was getting too expensive keeping Ms. 90210, one died, so now it's "Cham"... The new girl looks more witchy then the other two, a bit freaky looking. Now Alias, Friends and the X-Files are finishing. They rotate the shows. Watched the 1988 animation Grave of The Fireflies, probably the most depressing show I have ever watched (in a good way). - 09/24/2002
It really seems like the current seasons for the shows I'm watching and finishing...Well it might be for the better, hopefully they'll bring back "Felicity", "Charmed", "Boston Public" and "The Practice" soon. Just realised that the Roswell season had already returned...wonder how many weeks of it I had already missed. The new season doesn't seem to be as interesting as the first though, getting more soapy with all their lives messed up and all. Haven't been to the movies in a while, been intending to go, but have ended up missing everything. I'll make sure that I won't miss "Harry Potter 2" & "The Lord Of The Rings: Two Towers" both coming out in November and December respectively. No, Golden Village ain't paying me to type all this. - 08/23/2002
I'm pretty good at those click products. Klick & Play was the second program I ever got for my computer, the first being Theme Park. I got it in Australia for $20. I've made quite a few stuff with it before. Now I have Multimedia Fusion but I can't find the time to sit down and do something with it. One I had a team of friends and we were making an online MUD (Multi-User Dungeon) aka texted based online RPG, we were about halfway when my computer died, along with all of the coding. I still have the design templates and documents from my previous attempts though and a notebook full of original ideas that will hopefully make me a millionaire one day. - 04/08/2002
Final Fantasy X looks impressive, and I can't wait to get my hands on it. It's resemblance to Final Fantasy VIII it's perhaps one of the reason why I am so attracted to it. I really dig the futuristic Japanese drama setting of VIII. Perhaps the only thing stopping me from getting it and spending every free moment of my time on it is well...I don't have a PS2. I was really impressed the first time I saw it live, I dropped by a shopping mall on my way to my old school's annual cross country run. It was the Japanese version, I didn't understand a thing but the graphics were just jaw dropping. The environments were immersive to the extend that you'd rather me no place else. Looking at the characters, I knew I was going to be attached to some as soon as I got to know their tales. It was like Final Fantasy VIII all over again. The Shiva summon was spectacular, watching it gave me the feeling I got when I saw VIII's summons, the game is just so cinematic, just another reminder that the wait till I can get a PS2 will be a long one. - 07/05/2002
Now that I've finished Wild Arms, I'm into Grandia. Yes the original one. I bought it long ago and even played it pretty far into Disc 2, until the Warp Space part I believe, but I accidently deleted the save game when I mistook it for something else. So I started playing it again from scratch. Pretty interesting game, quite a lot of humour hidden here and there. Now I've played until the J Base. I believe I'm nearing the end, since my characters are already pretty powerful. I was totally annihilated when I tried to enter this place called the Tower of Temptation though. The battle system is pretty fun though repetitive. At the same time, I'm playing the Heroes of Might & Magic IV Campaigns on and off, I've already finished the first 3 Campaigns, three more to go. The stories are well thought out and deep for such a battle orientated game. I must admit I'm pretty surprised. - 06/30/2002
Final Fantasy VII had real cool graphics considering I was playing SNES RPGs before it came around. I was so sad when Aeris acked! Aeris Vs Tifa? Aeris. It still rocks. I really like the style, settings and characters of Final Fantasy VIII. It's probably my favourite FF. Everything about it was perfect for me. I spent over a 100 hours playing it the first time. Time spent talking to folks and appreciating the pre-rendered scenery. The graphics were the best. IX's story wasn't my thing, haven't tried X. XI is doomed to fail. Chrono Trigger beats all other console games (except maybe XG, VIII & T). Miang is cool. Agrias is cooler. Harlequin's the coolest. Final Fantasy Tactics has the most fun system. DDR was crude now that you look back. It's like jumping on a large controller. I had much more fun with Bust-A-Groove. I still love the original Theme Park. It was my first computer game that I bought. The Sims is addictive, ground-breaking a why didn't I think of that game. Anachronox was real funny but had depth. Didn't need lame slapstick humour. Characters had dumb names though. Didn't like Stileto one bit. PAL-18 was funny. Rhio has such a cool jacket. I would pay anything for a coat like that. At time of writing I was thinking who in the world would read this. Writing what I think is a way of DeStressing. Haven't gotten a new console game since Final Fantasy Chronicles. - 04/08/2002
Drew Barrymore has been my favourite actress since I was a kid. I can't remember it, but my parents say I used to watch Babes In Toyland over and over again. Fact: Subconsciously each time I watch a Gwyneth Paltrow movie, I will say to the person next to me "Brad Pitt's such an idiot". I have watched Maverick at least 5 times I can remember from Videos & TV. Each time you watch it you can spot some other joke. Right now all the nice shows on TV seasons have finished, or haven't returned. The AXN Channel just repeats the same dozen or so movies every week. Cable TV should have less advertisements like in the old days. MTV has to be one of the greatest breakthroughs in music and entertainment. - 04/08/2002

Really dig the In Too Deep video by Sum41, especially the part where Dave rises out of the pool while playing his guitar. Sophie looks real good in the new Get Over You video and so does Christina Milian in the When You Look At Me video. I've realized that I spend too much time on watching MTV, sometimes a good 4 hours a day. I always spend an hour and a half each morning watching MTV each morning before I head out. - 07/20/2002
Blink 182, SR71, Sum41, do I see a trend here? You may have noticed that all the Music & TV words now link to their official websites where possible. - 06/24/2002
Janet Jackson & Kylie Minogue have been my favourite artists since I was a kid. I think I may still have old cassettes of them. (Including the one with Locomotion). MTV Rules! Did you check out the AM To PM Video? It's cool. Like the way it fades into a remix suddenly. The Romeo one is funny. Aerosmith is still cool although he's probably old enough to be a granddad. Greenday still makes some of the best rock music around. - 04/08/2002
I've haven't eaten at Long John Silver's for like close to 10 years. Ever since I can remember I haven't eaten there but I do remember going there once as a child. Anyways, I always never really liked the place. Most of the outlets smell funny, it's probably the fish or the sauce, or poor ventilation in the kitchen. So recently I did eat at one (that outlet didn't smell). I must say the food there is pretty good, for a fast food joint perhaps even better than MCDonalds (which I am getting sick of). The servings are small though. - 06/30/2002
Me and my friends get quite a bit of stares when we eat. I'm pretty slim, and they aren't much bigger and when we eat we eat pretty amazing amounts of servings. Imagine this, 3 people eating 6 meals at Mcdonalds, and then having more half-an-hour later. On days where I work alone, I usually go to BK for a meal and Sundae Pie during my break and come back early for another meal at the restaurant. The only thing I have trouble eating is Fried Kway Teow (Chinese Noodles), I can only eat one plate of those at a time, they're too oily, I know people that can eat them for breakfast though, I sometimes do, but can't finish an entire plate for breakfast. - 06/23/2002
While I was working at Tampinese Mall, I ate 4 Mushroom Swiss Doubles, a Turkey Bacon Double & A Whopper Cheese. Also had a Sundae Pie one day. Mos Burger's servings are so small, I couldn't decide whether to eat a Cheeseburger or a Teriyaki Chicken so I ate both for lunch. Food in Singapore should come in larger servings. Great variety of food here though. They ought to lift the bubble gum ban as soon as people become more courteous. Japan has a graceful society. There's a 24-Hour 7-Eleven less than 100 metres from my home. Stuff there is expensive though. Everything is expensive if you're a student. - 04/08/2002
History (Minus all the interesting bits):
Primary School: St. Anthony's Primary School. Topped class for first two years, continue doing great after being streamed to class 3/3 (one of the two best classes), continued doing great but when streamed again decided not to take Higher Chinese and went to an EM2 class. Topped the class again and was requested by the principle to return to the top classes again while being spared from Higher Chinese gladly accepted. Expected to do well for PSLE, scored pretty high results for all mock tests and prelim. Expected secondary school...RI. In the end did miserably, 2 As 2 A*s...241...went to SJI. Friend went to RI...
Secondary School: Entered one of the better classes, slacked a bit through the whole 4 years with the motto, "Everyday is a holiday". Revised my work on a regular basis though by reading through when I was free. Never studied actively before exams though. Participated actively in CCA, became Ast. Coodinator of Web Design team in Oct '99. Became Coodinator in Jan '00 and kept position for two years. Took part in various web competitions. Secondary 4, teachers pretty much used to the fact that I never passed up work on time (unless the teacher was fierce) but they didn't mind since magically scored for all their tests anyhows. Planned to go to RJC to get "reunited" with old friends. Did ok for prelims, although all I did just play Anachronox everyday, was sent to National Juniour College. Didn't do so well for "O" Levels, should had put in more effort. Had a L1R5 of 11, and the worst part was I only got a B for CCA after all the effort I put in. Parents convinced me to go to Nanyang Polytechnic. Some friends think I'm crazy (as always) others disappointed that I wouldn't be in same school as them.
I used to play Team Fortress Classic, a team based capture the flag game under the nick Crazy Medic or KawaiiKlownCrazyMedic.
I played a local multi-user dungeon (called Twilight) once under the nicks Radiant and Hua.
